Each member is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details and password.
DSA GOLD reserves the right to suspend or restrict an account if false information, misuse, suspicious activity or violation of these rules is identified.
Members may submit a purchase request through the available gold plans or through the Custom Gold Amount function.

Members may also choose a custom gold quantity according to the minimum quantity allowed by the system.
Gold prices may change from time to time according to market conditions and company pricing.
The final purchase amount is subject to confirmation by DSA GOLD before the purchase request is approved.
A quantity displayed or entered in the system does not automatically constitute final confirmation of the transaction until the payment and purchase request have been verified and approved.
Members must upload a valid and readable payment receipt when submitting a purchase request.
The payment receipt must correspond to the relevant purchase request.
Uploading a receipt does not automatically mean that the purchase has been approved.
DSA GOLD may reject or request further verification if the payment information is unclear, incomplete, duplicated or cannot be verified.
All purchase requests are subject to verification and approval by DSA GOLD.
Once approved:
The current minimum maturity period used by the system is 5 months, unless otherwise stated in the approved plan terms.
The maturity period begins from the approved start date recorded in the system.
Members should refer to the Maturity Status page for the latest status of their approved plans.
Any hibah arrangement is subject to the applicable plan terms, company approval, supporting documentation and the company's final operating policy.
Display of the word "Hibah" in the system should not be interpreted as an unconditional guarantee of any benefit unless the relevant requirements and approved terms have been fulfilled.
Members may participate in the referral network using their unique referral code or referral link.
Referral relationships recorded in the system are based on the referral information used during registration.
Members should ensure that the correct referral code or link is used before completing registration.
DSA GOLD is not obligated to manually change a referral relationship after registration unless approved by management.
Referral or leader commissions are subject to the eligibility rules, level structure, approved rates and operating policies currently in force.
Commission calculations may be based on the approved gold quantity and the applicable level or rate.
Commission records shown in the system are subject to verification, adjustment or correction if an error, reversal, invalid transaction or other discrepancy is identified.
DSA GOLD does not guarantee any profit, increase in gold price, financial return or future market performance merely because a member purchases gold or participates in the referral network.
Gold prices may increase or decrease depending on market conditions.
Members must not use the platform for fraudulent, misleading, unlawful or unauthorized activities.

DSA GOLD may temporarily suspend, restrict or review an account if suspicious activity, fraud, system abuse or a breach of these Rules & Regulations is identified.
Members are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide is accurate.
Member information may be used for account administration, transaction verification, referral tracking, commission records, operational communication and other legitimate business purposes.
DSA GOLD should handle member data in accordance with its applicable privacy policy and legal obligations.
Information displayed on the website is based on records available in the DSA GOLD system.
In the event of a technical error, incorrect calculation or inaccurate display, DSA GOLD reserves the right to investigate and correct the affected record.
DSA GOLD may update these Rules & Regulations from time to time to reflect changes in operations, products, system functions or applicable requirements.
Members are encouraged to review the latest version published on the website.
All purchase approvals, commission records, maturity processing and hibah processing remain subject to verification by DSA GOLD.
Where there is any inconsistency between information displayed on the website and the company's approved official records, the matter should be referred to DSA GOLD for verification.
